About a product

The homeland of dates is the lands situated in the valley of Euphrates and Nile where they have been cultivating for more than 4000 years.

As the source of energy the dates surpass other dried fruits. They have a lot of vitamin B5 that raises capacity for work and strengthen the concentration of attention. Moreover dates contain substances that have the structure close to aspirin. The regular eating of dates contributes to the preservation of vision and hearing. They contain also a lot of iron, phosphorus, mineral salts and all the vitamins of groups “A” and “B”.

When dates ripen they become yellow or red depending on their sort and they could be harvested and graded. In the process of drying under the sun in specially prepared places dates become brown.
