About a product
Bananas are known to the mankind since the great antiquity. Their homeland is considered to be tropical and subtropical regions of Asia, primarily India and China. In these countries bananas were holy fruits which return force and nourish mind. From India and China bananas have spread to the Asia Minor, to the eastern and western coasts of Africa. In XVI century they were brought to the Canary Islands, Central and South America. Ecuador, Columbia and Panama supply with bananas entire Europe. Dried bananas are excellent food for having snack. It is a healthy food that may appease hunger. Although dried bananas are not virtually used for medical purposes, they are very tasty and health-giving. Bananas contain a day norm of the vitamin B6 which promotes increase of haemoglobin and normalizes metabolism. Dried bananas are made in Vietnam without any chemical treatment. The method of their production is very easy: ripe bananas must be peeled, put on baking trays and dried at a low temperature in ovens on a charcoal. In the process of drying humidity of bananas makes 17-19% and they become smaller. But all health-giving properties of bananas are kept. The method of their production in Vietnam is the example of minimal treatment of fruits.
